The apps give users access to a library of on-demand workouts and personalized coaching. Both machines are integrated with JRNY, a Bowflex subscription app that assesses your fitness level, creates personalized workouts, and provides coaching. You can run routes around the world to music of various genres or watch your favorite shows on streaming services such as Netflix and Disney Plus while you work out. [The Bowflex Treadmill 22 is available this week and retails for $2,699 on Bowflex.com; the M9 will be available this spring.

JRNY subscriptions are $19.99 per month or $149 per year.

In addition to these two new models, Bowflex also displayed its VeloCore indoor bike.
