The Apple Watch SE is currently $229, a $50 savings over its regular price at Target. It's surprising to see this watch discounted so quickly, so it's worth checking out if you're in the market for a new smartwatch.

The Apple Watch SE is Apple's mid-level smartwatch. It has built-in GPS for tracking running and can easily measure all kinds of workouts, from cycling and yoga to swimming and dancing. It also has high and low heart rate notifications and a swim-friendly design.

Other Apple Watch SE features include Apple Pay support, a built-in compass, hard fall detection, and sleep tracking with watchOS 7.

The Apple Watch SE has the same processor as the Apple Watch 5, but lacks some features found in the more expensive Apple Watch Series 6. In our review of the Apple Watch SE, we felt it was a bit overpriced given these missing features, but now that the price has been reduced by $50, it is much easier to buy.
