How Ariana Grande Releases and Streams New Album Positions

[Ariana Grande has released a new album, "Positions. Ariana Grande has released a new album, "Positionss," which is now available for streaming. Last week Grande released the lead single called "Positionss" and a new music video in which she plays the President of the United States.

Grande surprised the world with the announcement of her sixth studio album, her first since 2019's Thank U, Next. Grande has been teasing fans about the new songs for weeks. Last month, she tweeted a snippet of the song and the lyrics.

Grande seems to have changed her mind from earlier this year when she told Apple Music's Zane Lowe that fans should not expect new music from her in the near future.

"I really don't feel comfortable announcing anything right now, other than this is a really awkward time," Grande said at the time.

So it came as a surprise when she tweeted last week that she "can't wait to put out an album this month." She followed that up with a preview of her new album.

"Positions" (the album) was released at midnight on October 30, just in time for Halloween. The lead single of the same name was released at midnight on October 23.

The new album was followed by big acts; Thank U, Next debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 list, and the lead single "7 Rings" topped the Hot 100 chart. Thank U, Next also set the largest pop album ever streaming weekly record in the history of pop albums. It was also nominated for four Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year.

This year, Grande collaborated on Lady Gaga's song "Rain on Me" and Justin Bieber's song "Stuck With You."

"Positions" is currently streaming on major streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon, after dropping on October 30 at midnight.

Grande also released a music video in support of the album's lead single, "Positions." The video, directed by Dave Myers, features Grande dressed as the president. She works in the Oval Office, holds press conferences, and walks her dog in the White House.
