Amazing PS5 Gameplay revealed in the new Spider-Man: Miles Morales Video

"Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales" is one of Sony's most hyped upcoming game titles for the PS5 when it launches next month. But despite the interest in the game and the remastered version of the PlayStation 4 hit "Marvel's Spider-Man" that will be bundled with it, we haven't gotten much new footage.

This time, thanks to Game Informer, we were able to see some previously unreleased gameplay footage.

In footage of the game's first boss fight, Peter Parker and Miles Morales join forces to stop a common enemy: Rhino. Miles' powerful Venom Punch completely knocks out the oncoming Rhino, showing him fighting like a true professional. He also uses a quick webbing grab in the air, which allows Miles to grab Rhyno and then land a barrage of strikes.

It looks like a piece of frenetic, hard-hitting combat. What's more, it should be great fun for players to see their enemies jump in and unleash an onslaught as if nothing had happened. It's time for Miles to finally step into the spotlight. Longtime Peter Parker fans have much to rejoice about, too.

"Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales" looks really great, and there are more people than ever who can't wait for PS5. But those who can't wait to get their hands on the game should be well aware of one fact. Parker's character was completely recast for Marvel's "Spider-Man" remake.

In the first version, actor John Bubniak brought our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man to life, but in "Marvel's Spider-Man" and its Miles Morales expansion, actor Ben Jordan appears. The differences between Bubeniak and Jordan are very noticeable. Parker's new look is not universally popular online, but tends to resemble Spidey from the Marvel movies, played by Tom Holland. While the re-casting was done to "better match" Spidey actor Yuri Lowenthal, there is no doubt that this new look will take a lot of getting used to for many.

Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales is a launch title for the upcoming PlayStation 5; it is scheduled to arrive with the PS5 on November 12. However, keep in mind that there is currently no option to purchase Marvel's Spider-Man: Remastered by itself. Those who want it will have to purchase "Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales" and upgrade to the PS5 version.
