Currently, the Roku Streaming Stick+ is $37 on Amazon, $12 off the MSRP of $49, which is cheaper than the Fire TV Stick 4K (which has a much worse interface).

Recently, the Roku Streaming Stick Plus has faced strong competition from the new kid on the block, the Google TV-powered Chromecast. While this new streaming device appears to be a solid way to get 4K video to your screen for only $50, this Streaming Stick Plus deal is even cheaper, down to $37.

As noted above, Roku OS offers the most customizable home screen.

Roku's search functionality is also industry-leading, giving you virtually every option for watching movies and shows, so you know if you're already paying the price.
