According to EAP, the iPhone 12 Pro Max is different enough from the iPhone 12 Pro that the 6.7-inch device "would really be considered a flagship." This is different from the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max released last year, where the only difference between the two models was the display size and battery size.

Despite rumors going back and forth about whether this year's iPhone 12 series will have a 120Hz display, EAP claims that the iPhone 12 Pro Max will have a 120Hz panel. Apple's high refresh rate ProMotion technology is already on the iPad Pro, but efforts to miniaturize this technology did not seem to work.

Last we heard, Apple had given up on introducing ProMotion in the iPhone 12. Instead, they are trying to bide their time until they have perfected this technology and its impact on battery life.
