Trump vs. Biden Debate: Date, start time and How to Watch Live

The Trump vs. Biden debate is coming up soon, giving the two major candidates, President Donald J. Trump and Joseph R. Biden, three chances to make their case to the public The 2020 United States presidential debate will take place widely in just under a month, and and everything you need to watch them live.

The first and third presidential debates will follow the same format. Topics will be announced one week before the debates.

The second presidential debate will be held in Miami in a town hall format, where residents will pose questions to the candidates. During this time, a moderator will facilitate and manage follow-up questions.

The vice presidential debate will be divided into nine segments, each lasting approximately 10 minutes.

The first presidential debate is scheduled for Tuesday, September 29. It will be moderated by Chris Wallace (Fox News Sunday). The debate will be conducted from Case Western Reserve University and the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland.

The second debate is Thursday, October 15, and will be moderated by C-SPAN political editor Steve Scully. The stage is the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami.

The third Trump vs. Biden debate is Thursday, October 22. Kristen Welker (Today, NBC News) will moderate. It will be conducted from Belmont University in Nashville.

The only vice presidential debate between Mike Pence and Senator Kamala Harris will take place on Wednesday, October 7, and will be moderated by USA Today's Washington Bureau Chief Susan Page. The debate will be broadcast from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.

Each debate will begin at 9 pm ET/6 pm PT and run for 90 minutes.

In addition to the major broadcasters ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC, the debates can be seen on CNN, C-SPAN, Fox News, and MSNBC.
