Disney Plus has released the first trailer for the second season of the Baby Yoda show, or "The Mandalorian," which is just a few weeks away from its premiere on October 30. Season 2 will continue the adventures of the main character, a bounty hunter (Pedro Pascal), and The Child, who remains extremely lovable.

The trailer for "The Mandalorian" Season 2 begins where Season 1 left off, with Din Jarin and Baby Yoda flying off into space to find the latter's home. That search involves finding the Jedi, but Mando doesn't quite believe it.

"You want me to scour the galaxy and return these creatures to an enemy race of sorcerers?

And Baby Yoda is still not safe from the machinations of Moff Gideon (Giancarlo Esposito). When his TIE fighter crashed, he was prevented from taking Nevaro's child. But he survived and now wields a deadly dark saber. Replacing baby Yoda's father is going to be a challenge.

The trailer teases that Season 2 will frequently fly as far across the galaxy as last year's episodes. Mando and Baby Yoda travel to a snowy planet, board a ship in the open ocean, and participate in an alien wrestling match.

Also, former shock trooper Kara Dune (Gina Carano) and bounty hunter guild leader Greff Kaga (Carl Weathers) remain on Nebaro to rebuild and fortify it.Entertainment Weekly's cover story is a story about Mando and Baby Yoda apart, revealing new Mandalorian Season 2 photos and details showing Kara and Greff getting their own storyline.

But the most chilling part of the trailer is the hooded mystery woman played by WWE wrestler Sasha Banks. Who is she ...... And is there a Jedi connection?

She is the only new face in the trailer, but there are rumors about a cast member joining the cast for Season 2. Rosario Dawson will reportedly play Jedi trainee Ahsoka Tano, while Temuera Morrison (Jango Fett in the previous film) could play the iconic Boba Fett. And Katee Sackhoff has been linked to the role of Bo-Katan Kreiz, the Mandalorian leader who once possessed the Darksaber.
