The iPhone 12 Pro is all the phone you could ask for. But what if you asked for a piece of space debris to be embedded in your phone?

Fortunately, Caviar, a company known for its decadent redesigns of popular gadgets, has announced its Space Odyssey series for the iPhone 12 Pro.

Of course, the iPhone 12 has yet to be officially announced. The earliest official details could be announced is Apple's September 15 event, but it will probably be another month before the full picture is revealed. Fortunately, the rumors surrounding the iPhone 12 are so comprehensive that case makers and other accessory manufacturers are confidently creating designs to match the leaked specifications.

The cheapest of these iPhone 12 special editions is the $5,830 "Moon" model, with the "Mars" at $6,110 and the "Mercury" edition at $6,600. However, this is for the 128GB iPhone 12 Pro; an iPhone 12 Pro with 512GB of storage in the Mercury configuration would cost up to $7,750.

All three feature titanium backs, with "composite stones" for Mars and bronze also mixed in for Mercury, giving them a unique constellation-quickening disc-style design.

The luxurious treatment doesn't stop with the parts: the iPhone 12 Pro comes in a snazzy black display case with a hallmark embedded in the side of the phone proving that it contains all the exotic materials promised in the promotional literature.

Somehow, this isn't even the most expensive iPhone 12 Pro Caviar sells; for $23,380, you can get one with the entire back intricately engraved and coated in 18k gold.

As for the actual design elements of the iPhone 12, Caviar's Space Odyssey series has new flattened sides that are more reminiscent of the older iPhone 4 than last year's iPhone 11 or iPhone 11 Pro. It also has the rumored four sensors on the back, consisting of three cameras and a LiDAR depth sensor, but the square camera bump has been removed and the four circular lenses are independent.

There are only 19 of each version of the iPhone 12 Odyssey available. If you have a few thousand dollars to spare or missed out on the gold-plated PS5, don't delay.
