Apple's "Time Flies" event on September 15 could feature more than just the Apple Watch Series 6; the first MacBookPro with Apple Silicon could also make an appearance.

This information comes from an Apple Insider report on a series of leaks regarding Apple's upcoming product plans. The leaks in question were posted on the "Ask Me Anything" thread by a Reddit poster named AppleSeeder, who makes some very interesting claims.

Now you would be forgiven if a skeptical light started flashing around you. The leaker is posting from a 7 month old Reddit account and claims to have provided credentials to the r/Apple moderators. They then announced that a new 14-inch MacBook Pro would be introduced at the upcoming September 15 Apple event.

According to AppleSeeder, the 14-inch MacBook Pro will have an internal GPU comparable to the Radeon Pro 5500M, which is what buyers are currently getting with Apple's 16-inch MacBook Pro. gaming for Mac users experiences are seldom clamored for, but this model will work well with games optimized exclusively for Apple Silicon, making it an attractive option for users who want to focus on gaming rather than other features.

We have heard in the past, by Twitter leaker Komiya, that the first ARM MacBook will cost around $849 and have a charge time of about 15-20 hours. This model is supposed to be available by the end of the year, run on an A14X processor, and have a 12-inch Retina display, which doesn't sound like a MacBook Pro.

AppleSeeder also reported additional information about what Apple is allegedly planning with a new expansion project it is calling Apple Glass. The name itself is reportedly a placeholder that could end up in a final version, but the launch is not scheduled until March 2021 at the earliest; with Apple Glass, information is projected onto the lens itself, which acts as an "overlay" over the real world. Apple apparently does not intend to incorporate facial recognition into the project.

AppleSeeder also claims that the new set-top box, "Apple TV 6," will not arrive in 2020 and will focus more on gaming than entertainment; Apple has also said that new Apple Arcade titles and Apple TV Plus content, and is reportedly trying to further strengthen its gaming ecosystem.

The iPhone 12 is not likely to debut at the September 15 event. Other sources point to an October reveal closer to the launch of Apple's new phone, which will ship later than usual thanks to the coronavirus outbreak. Still, AppleSeeder has a few hints for us, claiming the iPhone 12 unveiling will happen next week. (AppleSeeder expects the iPhone 12 to launch in mid-October, with an October pre-order start date. iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max are expected to feature LiDAR sensors, which means Apple's phone launch will focus on AR reportedly.

We won't have to wait long to see how many of these leaks become reality. Apple's September 15 event is less than a week away, and once the online-only product launch begins at 1:00 PM ET/10:00 AM PDT, there will be plenty of press coverage.
