Kevin Costner is back with his cowboy hat on. The hit Western returns for a new season of family feuds, ranching rivalries, shady development deals, political power plays, and more.

"Yellowstone" star Costner plays John Dutton, the sixth patriarch of the Dutton family, who runs the Yellowstone-Dutton Ranch, the largest continuous ranch in America. It is still frontier country, and the ranch is under constant attack from land developers, Indian reservations, and the first national park in the United States.

John's family includes Casey Dutton (Lucas Grimes), the son of a former Navy SEAL, and his wife Monica (Kelsey Asbill Chow), a Native American. Beth Dutton (Kelly Riley) is a financier with a substance abuse problem. Jamie Dutton (Wes Bentley) is a lawyer and aspiring politician. Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser) is a ranch manager who is romantically involved with Beth.

Season 3 follows up on several storylines from the end of Season 2, including the kidnapping of Casey and Monica's young son, Tate, and the assault of Beth at the direction of the villainous Beck brothers. As the Dutton family tries to heal their wounds, they encounter a new enemy in the form of a hedge fund manager named Roarke Carter (Josh Holloway).
