"The Kissing Booth 3" will soon be available on Netflix. Following the recent release of "The Kissing Booth 2," comes news that a third installment of the teen romantic comedy franchise is in the works!

The Kissing Booth 3 will continue the love story of Elle Evans (Joey King), Lee Flynn (Joel Courtney), and Noah Flynn (Jacob Elordi); the first film was released in 2018 and was a huge hit on Netflix, and the second film was released in 2017 and was a huge hit on Netflix, sparked a rom-com revival.

The film "Kissing Booth" centers on Elle, a slightly delinquent high school student who is best friends with Lee and falls in love with his brother Noah. In the first film, she and the reformed bad boy begin a secret relationship, locking lips at a school fundraiser kissing booth. When Lee eventually finds out, the three get into a huge fight. But he finally gives his blessing and Elle gets her happy ending.

In The Kissing Booth 2, Elle and Lee are now seniors in high school and Noah has gone to Harvard University. Elle discovers how difficult long-distance relationships can be, especially when there is the complication of attractive new classmates.

The third film in the franchise continues these events in the summer after Elle graduates from high school. She has not yet decided whether to go to Harvard (so she can be near Noah) or to Berkeley, the school of her dreams, with Lee.

Netflix revealed that director Vince Marcello and the cast were actually secretly filming at the same time as "Kissing Booth 2."

During Netflix's #TKBFanFest live stream event, King said, "It was the hardest secret I've ever kept."

While there is no official trailer for "Kissing Booth 3" yet, Netflix has released a sneak peek clip from the film. The clip shows Elle ignoring a call from the Harvard admissions office and taking Noah out for a little alone time. She jokes to Lee that "Noah wants to read me poetry and tell me all about his feelings," but Lee doesn't believe her.
