A massive leak from Apple has revealed the release date for iPhone12, ARM MacBook, Apple Glass, and more

A Twitter leaker has apparently revealed the release dates for all the products Apple plans to release between now and mid-fall, from the iPhone 12 to AirPower, the company's first MacBook with Apple Silicon, and even Apple Glass.

According to @komiya_kj, the late 2020 update will begin on August 19, when the new iMac, AirPods Studio, HomePod 2, and HomePod Mini will be announced via Apple's website. Earlier this morning we learned that the next iMac may be released in August, but it may only be a minor refresh and the new model will still have an Intel CPU. This report seems to be consistent with that report. [It's the iPhone 12 series accompanied by the Apple Watch Series 6, AirTags, and the new iPad. However, this is probably the least surprising of Apple's upcoming announcements.

On October 27, Apple's first ARM-powered MacBook and 13-inch MacBook Pro, along with a new iPad Pro and a new Apple TV, are said to be announced. In the meantime, the company will reportedly find a place to eventually announce AirPower during a September or October event.

Just over a year ago, Apple told us that AirPower was dead, but Cupertino engineers seem to have circumvented the roadblock that stalled the development of Apple's original charging mat with some clever engineering. There may also be a small, single-function wireless charger called the AirPower Mini.

Oh, and there's one more thing, Apple-style. Elsewhere, @komiya_kj added that Apple Glass may make an appearance at the October event, but only if that event takes place in person; if it ends up being an online announcement, as the September iPhone announcement surely will be, Apple will be the first If it ends up being an online announcement, as the iPhone announcement in September is certain to be, Apple will not be announcing its first AR glasses.

This is a lot of product in a very short span of time. Moreover, it includes several categories that are new to Apple, including AirPods Studio over-ear headphones, AirTags NFC locator, and AirPower charging mats.

It's no secret that many of these products have been in development for years, but it's nonetheless staggering to think that we could have them all in three months. The first release is supposed to be in mid-August, and it won't be long before we find out if this schedule is indeed accurate.
