Full spec sheets for Samsung's Galaxy Tab S7 and Tab S7 Plus have leaked, revealing them as the most promising rivals to the iPad Pro.

WinFuture has shared all of the juicy details of both versions of Samsung's next tablet. Similar to the German site's previous leaks of the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra, the German site seems to have found these details and renders from Samsung's official marketing materials.

WinFuture has revealed a huge amount of information about the Tab S7 series, but unfortunately has not revealed any details about the tablet's price or availability.

The leaks confirm that the Tab S7 and Tab S7 Plus are 11" and 12.4" in size, respectively. These are both an increase from the 10.5" size of the Galaxy Tab S6 and are similar to the 11" and 12.9" sizes that Apple offers the iPad Pro.

As for colors, there are three choices: Mystic Black, Mystic Bronze, and Mystic Silver. These colors are also used in the Galaxy Note 20, as can be seen in the renderings released by WinFuture.

Both versions of the Tab S7 use the Snapdragon 865 Plus chipset. This means that both tablets will have the ability to use 5G, but the standard tablet will likely be Wi-Fi only and will have to pay more. In addition to this chipset, they will have 6GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage, which can be further expanded to 1TB with a MicroSD card.

As for the display, the basic Tab S7 has a WQXGA (Wide Quad Extended Graphics Array) LCD display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The Plus, on the other hand, has a WQXGA + OLED panel with a refresh rate of 120 Hz.

Both versions are equipped with a fingerprint sensor for security purposes, but in different locations. In the regular version, the fingerprint sensor is located on the side of the chassis, while in the Plus version it is under the display, similar to Samsung's flagship smartphones.

The back of the tablet features a "real feel" S Pen. This S Pen boasts a very low 9 ms latency, allowing for better feeling writing and drawing. This Real Feel feature was also leaked on the Note 20 Ultra, but the Note 20 has a more average latency of 24 milliseconds. Stylus Air gestures, which Samsung previously included on the Galaxy Note 10, also work on the tablet, allowing users to control the interface by swiping or pressing buttons without touching the display.

The Tab S7 and Tab S7 Plus share the same camera setup. A 13MP main camera and a 5MP ultra-wide camera on the back, and an 8MP camera on the front.

There are significant differences when it comes to the battery. While the regular Tab S7 has a 7,040mAh battery, the Plus has a huge 10,090mAh battery instead. These can be charged via the USB-C connector using the included 15W charger, but if you're willing to purchase Samsung's best charging block separately, it should support up to 45W.

A few other details that users might appreciate are the two models' Dolby Atmos and AKG-tuned quad speakers, the ability to use Samsung's new wireless DeX desktop mode (also coming to the Note 20 series), the included track pad and keyboard cover.

Samsung expects to confirm these details and fill in the gaps on August 5, the date of the Galaxy Unpacked event. According to the latest rumors, the Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Z Fold 2, and Galaxy Watch 3 will also be seen on stage.
