Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Real World Images Reveal iPad Pro Killer

The first images of the actual Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 have leaked, giving us the best look yet at Samsung's latest answer to the iPad Pro 2020.

Images of Samsung's tablet popped up on a Korean certification authority's website, as spotted by SamMobile, giving us our first proper look at the Galaxy Tab S7. And the tablet looks very similar to the rendered leak revealed last week by Evan Blass.

The Galaxy Tab S7 is expected to come in two display sizes: 11" and 12.4". Images on the certification site prove that to be the case. They also show that the S7 will have narrow display bezels like the iPad Pro, although it is difficult to tell.

The pictures also show an AKG logo on the back of the tablet, which suggests that the Galaxy Tab S7 will have AKG-calibrated speakers. And there is what appears to be a magnetic strip that may be used to hold the S Pen stylus that the Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7 Plus are expected to have.

Unfortunately, the photos do not reveal much more than that, including color options for the Tab S7. Nor is there any mention of specs.

However, from the leaks so far, we have a fairly solid idea that both Galaxy Tab S7 models will come with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 865 Plus chip, 6GB or 8GB of RAM, and 128GB or 256GB of storage. The rear camera will have 13MP and 5MP cameras, while the selfie camera will use an 8MP lens.

While the Galaxy Tab S7 will have narrower screen bezels, it may also have a 120Hz refresh rate display like the Galaxy S20 Ultra. Such a screen would equip the Galaxy Tab S7 with one of the best features of the iPad Pro, a 120Hz ProMotion display.

All in all, the Galaxy Tab S7 is becoming an attractive tablet. And we expect it to be revealed on August 5, when Samsung plans to take the covers off the Samsung Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Watch 3, and other Galaxy devices.
