"Greyhound" was originally scheduled for theatrical release on March 22, but was delayed twice when a coronavirus outbreak closed theaters. Apple TV Plus has since acquired the rights to stream the film.

Hanks was famously one of the first celebrities to publicly disclose that he had contracted the coronavirus.
