Here's why this small business owner uses the Microsoft 365 business from Dell

Rohith Namboothiri has been building websites since he was just 8 years old; he started his own business at age 15, and at age 18, while working with several brands as Director of Operations & IT for a Canadian-based Indian company, he identified a common pain point.

He realized that language skills were critical for people to succeed, and in 2015 he co-founded Inzpira to break down barriers for non-native English speakers in India.

Inzpira's programs focus on conversational English, helping students practice one-on-one with trainers through more engaging learning methods such as rhymes, songs, movies, and games. The program helps students become more confident and effective speakers and prepares them for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).

Initially, Rohith built his own platform to run Inzpira, he told us. He explained that he initially tried several different platforms to run his business, but "Microsoft's features, scalability, and user-friendly approach made me choose M365."

Just about a year later, the tools available to Inzpira through Microsoft 365 have become almost indispensable to the business. Here is how Microsoft 365 has helped Rohith run and grow his business:

Because the tools and features of Microsoft 365 are immediately accessible to people inside and outside the company, Inzpira is able to provide training to all 40 employees, over 80 remote trainers, and all language training seekers around the world. For both staff and clients, Microsoft 365 provides a familiar and effective set of tools, and features like Teams are especially helpful for remote work. Microsoft Teams is the bread and butter of my organization. I can't imagine a situation without Teams now," Rohith says. [With Microsoft 365, all trainers are on one platform. Our communication has become seamless and we no longer need separate project management or communication platforms to communicate with each other, and thanks to Teams, planning sessions, scheduling, and inviting students is just a click of a button.

Microsoft 365 has tools for most things; the Teams application provided Inzpira with an easy way to schedule lessons, send invitations, and conduct lessons all in the same pipeline Inzpira, rely on Microsoft 365 for email services through Outlook. She can also easily get information from her clients through forms, and in Rohith's words, "Teams, Forms, Remote Work, Streams, Outlook, Flow (Power Automate), and Microsoft 365, when used right It's a package that can do magic for your business if you use it right."

Having an effective means of sharing information is important for any business, and for Rohith's team, that means sharing the company's lessons learned; with Streams and OneDrive, Inzpira easily records every lesson it teaches and then makes it available to clients via OneDrive, lessons he teaches and make them available to his clients via OneDrive.

Having all the tools necessary to run a successful business is one thing, but having them all in one place is even better. Inzpira eliminates the need to look for separate platforms to handle each separate aspect of the business, and a unified platform has helped Rohith and the Inzpira team in more ways than one.

Rohith credits Microsoft 365 with "saving us time, money, and effort because so many independent modules and services are tightly integrated into one platform. In the past, if you needed to offer an online session to a student, you would find a videoconferencing system, schedule the session using the calendar platform, create the form on another platform, send the form to the student using a different email service provider, and then send the form to the student via email. If the student responded, we would manually schedule the session and send the videoconference link. It was a very time consuming and hectic job."

A tool that works for a small company may not work for a large one, and vice versa Rohith's company is growing, and Microsoft 365 can grow with it. From individual users to small businesses to large enterprises, the Microsoft 365 platform can accommodate.

Since its inception, Inzpira has grown to serve more than 15,000 students of all ages, and Rohith plans for his company to become the "Uber of language training," and Microsoft 365 will help it grow. With the Microsoft 365 platform, Rohith has found so many capabilities that "today my imagination is the limit."
