Samsung Galaxy Note 20/5 Launch - Along with all these gadgets

It's time to mark your calendars. One of the most prolific Samsung leakers has revealed a possible Galaxy Note 20 release date, along with several other Samsung products including the Galaxy Fold 2, Galaxy Watch Active 2, and Samsung Galaxy Tab S7.

According to an Ice Universe post on Weibo (via PhoneArena), "Samsung will release its Galaxy product line, led by the Galaxy Note 20 series, around August 5." And as many as five other devices could be added.

According to this post, the August 5 Samsung Unpacked event could include the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, which is interesting because we thought the Galaxy Note 20 Plus would be in the mix. There are also rumors both supporting and refuting the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.

According to rumors, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 will have a 6.4" to 6.7" display, a 120Hz screen with LTPO technology (for adaptive refresh rates), a larger battery, 5G standards, and a larger in-display fingerprint reader Features. The Galaxy Note 20 Plus/Ultra will have a 6.8-inch or larger display.

As for cameras, the regular Galaxy Note 20 will have three lenses, but the Note 20 Plus/Ultra will be the flagship model and will feature a 108MP main camera, a 13MP periscope camera, and a 12MP ultra-wide shooter. The Ultra model may have a dedicated focus sensor.

Another new leak (via GSM Arena) confirms that the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Z Flip have passed 3C certification and reveals the charging speed and battery capacity of the Note 20 and Note 20 Plus The Note 20 has a standard 25W charger and a 4, 300mAh battery, while the Note 20 Plus/Ultra has a 4,500mAh battery.

Other Samsung devices include the Galaxy Fold 2, a sequel to Samsung's first foldable phone. It is expected to include a larger front display, an improved camera, a 120 Hz main screen, and possibly S Pen support.

Samsung's first foldable phone had durability issues and a price tag of $1,980.

If that's not enough action, Samsung's August 5 event could also include the announcement of the Galaxy Z Flip 5G, which adds 5G connectivity to Samsung's foldable flip phone.

In our review of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, we loved its ultra-thin glass design and compactness when folded. Furthermore, while the price is on the higher side at nearly $1,400, the camera is quite good and performs well; the addition of 5G connectivity would better justify the premium.

Additionally, the Galaxy Tab S7 and Tab S7 Plus may be Samsung's answer to the iPad Pro. Rumors suggest that the Galaxy Tab S7 will have an 11-inch display, while the Tab S7 Plus will have a 12.4-inch panel. We can also expect a fast Snapdragon 865 CPU, a possible 120 Hz refresh rate for the display, and 5G connectivity. The current iPad Pro is 4G LTE only.

Last but not least, the Galaxy Watch 2 could be announced at a Samsung event. It is rumored to bring back the rotating bezel and feature a Gorilla Glass DX display and a stainless steel case with military-standard durability. More storage and a larger battery are also expected.
