Well, it's time for Rick and Morty Season 4 Episode 10. Titled "Star Mort Rickturn of the Jerri," Adult Swim, like last week, doesn't say much about what will happen. However, since this is Rick and Morty, we have a hunch.
"Star Mort Rickturn of the Jerri" certainly reaches out to the Star Wars universe. Will Rick and Morty tackle the toxic fandom that is a topic close to their reality? We will find out in due time.
This is the last of five new episodes that have arrived to satisfy fan cravings after a brief hiatus. Or rather, it is shorter than the period that separated seasons 3 and 4. After these five episodes, we will go back on vacation. This season has only 10 episodes, because details for season 5 have not yet been announced.
The contract signed by showrunners Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland was for a total of 70 episodes of "Rick and Morty," so at least 60 more episodes are expected in the future.
There may be a long gap before Season 5, but sadly the current quarantine may curb production, and Roland will be very busy with the new shows "Solar Opposites" and "Gloop World," produced for Hulu and Quibi respectively I'm sure they'll be very busy.

This is a pain. Channel 4's E4 will not be able to watch "Rick and Morty" Season 4 Episode 9 until 10 p.m. local time on Thursday, May 28. That's four days after it first aired in the US. Those in the UK may not have to wait by checking ExpressVPN and streaming the mid-season premiere from a service they have already paid for.
Those in Canada are in luck. You can watch Season 4 Episode 9 of Rick and Morty at the same time as in the U.S., 11:30 p.m. ET, which requires the STACKTV channel, but fortunately it's available on the Amazon Prime Video channel. Americans visiting our great white northern neighbor will need to watch ExpressVPN to watch live on the service they are already paying for.
