The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra has had many problems since its launch in February, but this is the worst yet. The glass covering the rear camera array seems to be cracking on its own, and if you want it repaired, you'll have to pay for it.

One customer service representative commented that even though the broken glass is interfering with the camera's function, Samsung considers this "cosmetic damage" and is not covered under warranty.
