iOS 13.4 and iPadOS 13.4 were released this week, offering great features such as universal purchase of iOS and Mac apps, fresh Memoji stickers, and long-awaited cursor support for the iPad. But you may want to wait a bit before upgrading.

Users have filed various complaints on Twitter, but the good news is that Apple Support is addressing some of them.

As Forbes reported, users on the web have found a variety of frustrating bugs in Apple's latest software update. This includes a pesky Bluetooth bug that causes the external keyboard to not only not work properly on the iPad Pro, but also causes the device to disconnect frequently.

Other notable issues include the Control Center not displaying properly, cellular networks not registering for dual SIM users, and problems updating iOS apps.

More worryingly, iOS 13.4 also appears to have a serious VPN vulnerability, with ProtonVPN noting in a blog post that the new software has a flaw that "prevents the VPN from encrypting all traffic." This could lead to iPhone and iPad users browsing the web using VPNs not only exposing their data, but also their IP addresses for potential attacks.

iOS 13.4 brings some great features to the iPhone and iPad, but if you haven't updated yet, you should hold off on updating. Especially if you use a mobile VPN. Hopefully Apple will squash some of these critical bugs in the next few days.
