The Nubia RedMagic 5G is a Chinese gaming phone that boasts a 6.65" display with a 144 Hz refresh rate. This may only be a 24Hz increase compared to the S20 series displays, but the smoothness quickly stacks up, as it adds 24 frames per second.

RedMagic aims to be a gaming phone with a flashy display on the front and a Snapdragon 865 CPU, with the option to add up to 12GB of LDDR5 RAM and 256GB of storage to store all your games.

It also features an Adreno 650 GPU, 4,500 mAh battery capacity (capable of charging up to 55W), and an updated liquid cooling system. Additionally, it has two built-in capacitive trigger buttons, a triple camera array on the back (64 MP main sensor, 8 MP wide sensor, 2 MP macro sensor, and 12 MP selfie camera.

The Snapdragon 865 processor also gives the RedMagic 5G 5G 5G compatibility, so you can play online games on the move with as little lag as possible. That is, of course, if you are on the move in one of the areas where 5G networks are enabled.

The RedMagic 5G will be available worldwide in April and is already available in China as of today. Prices start at 3799 yuan ($542/£433) for the black or red model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, and go up to 4099 yuan ($585/£467) for the 12GB/256GB full fat model with red/blue gradient color The increase. The price difference between the RedMagic 5G and the basic Galaxy S20 ($999/£799) is very large, although the difference in refresh rates can be described as slight.
