How to watch 2020Six Nations: Live stream this International Rugby Tournament now

Live streaming of the 2020 Six Nations has begun. England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, France, and Italy will play five rounds over the next month and a half to determine the champion.

Will Wales be able to defend last year's Grand Slam title? (They are off to a great start, defeating Italy in the opening round of the Six Nations 2020 last weekend.) Can England use their loss in last summer's Rugby World Cup final as motivation to beat their five rivals? Or can teams like France and Ireland make noise in this year's Six Nations? Rugby fans will hope to find answers to these questions in this weekend's second round, starting with the Ireland-Wales match tomorrow (February 8).

There are multiple ways to live stream the 2020 Six Nations, including cable television and subscription streaming services. Also, learn how to use a VPN to make sure you don't miss any live rugby coverage.

U.S. viewers can watch the 2020 Six Nations live through the NBC Sports Gold subscription service. The network's cable channel, NBC Sports Channel, will broadcast the games on tape delay a few hours after they are completed.

Since the games will be played from now until mid-March, there is a possibility that you may travel during the 2020 Six Nations. If that's the case, a virtual private network (VPN) can come in handy: a VPN allows you to hide where you're accessing the web from, so you can use the same streaming services abroad as you would at home and never miss a Six Nations match.

We tested many different services to find the best VPN overall and our choice is ExpressVPN. It offers a good balance of performance and customer support, and a low price with an annual contract.

Cable subscribers may be reluctant to pay $79.99 for NBC Sports Gold in addition to their regular TV service, but they can also watch games on the NBC Sports Channel (NBCSN). If your TV package includes NBCSN, you can watch the 2020 Six Nations on NBC's website or mobile apps (Android and iOS).

However, the 2020 Six Nations games will not be broadcast live on NBCSN.
