This purported leaked photo of the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra shows that the camera hump is getting ridiculously huge by the day. Especially when viewed from an angle, this is huge.

The image, posted by Redditor ItsBananaz, was removed by a moderator on the Samsung subreddit for reasons unknown. Given its appearance and the fact that we are so close to Samsung's Unpacked event where the Galaxy S20 is supposed to be announced along with the Galaxy Z Flip, there is no reason to doubt its authenticity. It looks real, but judge for yourself:

The camera hump is truly enormous, especially considering the screen is a whopping 6.9 inches. From the looks of it, this optical package must be at least 2 inches diagonal. The thickness also looks ridiculous. The 100x zoom logotype engraved on the bottom of the hump should also be really big.

The hump and huge screen are consistent with the (rumored) specs of other phones: the 6.9-inch screen is rumored to have a resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.

In the US and South Korea, the Galaxy S20 Ultra runs on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 865 processor (and possibly Exynos 990 in other regions) and has 5G, with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.

The centerpiece of this giant camera is an Isocell Bright HMX 10.8 megapixel sensor, a 48MP sensor with a 5x optical telephoto lens that goes up to 100x thanks to AI scaling (hence the logo), a 44MP sensor with an ultra-wide angle lens, and a time-of-flight 3D sensor It is rumored to be equipped with.

Finally, the whole thing will be powered by a XXXXL-sized 5,000 mAh battery. The total weight of this technological terror is ? 221 grams (7.8 oz.).
