Big Galaxy Z Flip Leak reveals camera, color and display

We've already heard a lot about the Galaxy Z Flip, and you may be wondering what's left before its rumored announcement on February 11. Well, as Ishan Agarwal showed us in two tweets, there are some new details about the folding colors, camera, and front display.

The freshest information is the Z Flip's colors, Mirror Purple and Mirror Black, which apparently have a "prismatic effect." Samsung has been doing some stunning work with coloring lately, with the highlight being the Aurora Glow color of the Galaxy Note 10. This particular color was very attractive, but picked up smudges and fingerprints badly, so hopefully these darker colors reportedly offered on the Z Flip will not look so grimy with regular use.

Some of the things Agarwal talks about have been rumored before, including a glass screen layer, Snapdragon 855 CPU, 3,300 mAh battery, 6.7" internal display, 15W fast charging, 12W wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging. However, it is always good to see multiple leakers corroborate the same claims, and more evidence means the claims are more likely to be true.

New information reveals the dual aperture camera, which is rumored to disappear from the Galaxy S20 series after debuting on the Galaxy S9. We can assume that the main 12MP camera will be the one with dual aperture as in previous Samsung devices, while the other rumored 12MP ultra-wide camera will be a regular fixed aperture.

The marketing name for the external display, "Focus Display," is also new and is a good indication of what this 1-inch panel will serve. Unlike the Galaxy Fold's external display, this display will show notifications and other important information.
