Unlike other cosmetics in this colorful battle royale, the Fortnite ninja skin is the first time a streamer has made his or her portrait in-game available for millions of fans to wear. It is not unlikely that other streamers will achieve similar recognition in the future.

The skin features Ninja's trademark blue hair, a futuristic coat with a high collar, and a blue and yellow logo on the side.

The Ninja skin became available on January 17 for 1,500 V-Bucks (about $15). The skin left the store after the regular rotation on January 19, so there is no way to purchase or obtain it directly in-game and it is no longer available. Epic Games, the developer of Fortnite, will likely bring this skin back at some point, as they do with other cosmetic items, but we do not know when that will be. Since it is a limited edition, we may have to wait a while for it to be resurrected.

The Fortnite item store is updated daily at 5 PM Pacific Time. There is no need to log in even if you are not at home, as there is such a convenient website.

The Ninja skin set includes the Ninja outfit, Ninja's Edge Back Bling, Ninja Emote "Pon Pon," and Dual Katanas Pickaxe. It is part of an iconic series that began earlier this month.

The series brings musicians, artists, actors, and other celebrities into the game; Major Lazer and Marshmello have collaborated in the past; YouTube creators Loserfruit and The Grefg future content creators participating in the series.
