All 4 new iPhone12 models have been leaked: Here is the full lineup

The iPhone 11 launched in three variants: the regular iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max, but a new report suggests that Apple will launch four iPhone 12 variants this fall.

As reported by MacRumors, a UBS analyst note predicts the following when Apple pulls back the curtain on the iPhone 12: First, Apple is planning two 6.1-inch models. It will be a bit odd for shoppers to see the 6.1-inch iPhone 11 start at $699, while the current 5.8-inch iPhone 11 Pro is $999. There is an expectation that larger screens will demand a more expensive price, so putting a 6.1-inch iPhone 12 Pro in the mix makes sense, especially if Apple can shave the bezels further.

If this report proves true, Apple will expand its largest phone with the iPhone 12 Max from 6.5" to 6.7". This would be slightly smaller than the 6.8" Galaxy Note 10 Plus, but still one of the largest phones on the market.

The second interesting tidbit is that Apple plans to include 6GB of RAM in two iPhone 12 Pro models. Fans of Android phones will be quick to point out that flagship models like the Galaxy S10 Plus and OnePlus 7T have up to 12GB of RAM. And the upcoming Galaxy S20 Ultra is rumored to have a whopping 16GB of RAM.

Again, the performance and multitasking capabilities of a given phone depend not only on the amount of memory in the device, but also on the OS. And iOS is widely considered by developers to be more reasonable than Android. In addition, the iPhone 12's new A14 Bionic processor could very well outperform the Snapdragon 865 CPU in the Galaxy S20. we will have to see how well the iPhone 12 performs in our lab tests.

As for the camera, it looks like Apple will once again include a triple-lens camera on the Pro phones. It will likely include a wide-angle lens, an ultra-wide-angle camera, and a telephoto lens, but the research note adds 3D sensing. This will likely improve the performance of augmented reality applications in iOS.

The smaller 5.4-inch iPhone 12 (or iPhone SE 2?) and 6.1-inch iPhone 12 would include a dual-lens camera on the back along with 4GB of RAM. One ultra-wide-angle and one standard wide-angle lens, just like the iPhone 11.

Also, at least two iPhone 12 models are expected to feature 5G connectivity this fall, but this particular report does not mention 5G. iPhone 12 should support both mmWave technology and low-band frequencies for longer distance coverage. It should support.

Now, this is just one analyst's note, but it is consistent with the iPhone 12 leaks we have seen so far. Be sure to check out our iPhone 12 rumor page to keep up with all the latest news as more information about Apple's 2020 phone emerges.
