Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Leak just revealed the sequel to the stunning Galaxy Note

The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra continues to leak, and the latest rendered images seem to confirm what we've been hearing for months. And this phone looks even better than the Galaxy S21 Ultra.

The Galaxy S22 Ultra image, posted by Evan Blass @evleaks on Twitter, looks like an official press rendering of the phone and shows the back, side angle, front display, and the S A pen is shown. Add in the angular edges and this definitely looks like the successor to the Note, as Samsung tries to top our best phones list.

The back of this Galaxy S22 Ultra image shows what we expect to be a new camera array that minimizes bumps, and side angles show the lens barely protruding from the body. As for specs, we are told that the S22 Ultra will feature a 108MP main sensor and a new enhanced detail mode for sharper photos.

We are very interested to see how the Galaxy S22 Ultra will improve in terms of computational photography, as Samsung is currently behind the iPhone 13 and Google Pixel 6 in terms of image quality.

Other S22 Ultra cameras are rumored to be a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a dual 10MP telephoto camera, again capable of 3x and 10x zoom. The iPhone 14 Pro series, on the other hand, is expected to forego the periscope telephoto zoom, as it is not expected to appear until the iPhone 15 in 2023.

On the front, we can see the rumored wide 6.8" 120Hz display with a small punch hole, and there should be a 40MP selfie shooter. Other specs include a faster Snapdragon 8 Gen-1 chip, a 5,000 mAh battery, and 45W fast charging.

Overall, the Galaxy S22 Ultra looks like the ultimate Galaxy Note and should please power users who want the best specs and S Pen support. Samsung plans to release all three Galaxy S22 models in February, so be sure to bookmark Samsung's Galaxy S22 hub for the latest rumors and leaks.
