The Book of Boba Fett Episode 2 follows the action from the premiere. In the present day, Boba is recovering from an attack from a group of assassins. Fennec has chased two of them and succeeded in capturing one of them. The question is, who sent them? Probably the mayor, but it could be a number of enemies who are not happy that Boba has moved into the old territory of Jabba and Bib Fortuna.

On the other hand, in the past Boba has earned the respect of the Tusken Raiders' leader by slaying a six-limbed sand monster (and letting a young guard take the credit for it). However, Boba still has a long way to go before he can reclaim his armor from the Mandalorians.
