Even if you still know kung fu, there's always a good time to watch The Matrix. That said, now is definitely the best time yet. We at Tom's Guide are standing on the precipice of "The Matrix 4" (aka "The Matrix Resurrection"), more than 23 years after we met Thomas "Neo" Anderson.

And fortunately, streaming a Matrix movie is not difficult. Especially if you are in the United States. All three original films ("The Matrix," "The Matrix Reloaded," and "Matrix Revolutions") are available on not one but two of the best streaming services today.

As noted in our guide on how to watch the "Wild Speed" films in order, fans of Dom Toretto's driving style are hoping these films are collected in the same way. Similarly, people in the UK have a choice of where to watch the Matrix films (although there is still no HBO Max in the UK, so cinemas will be the only option once the Matrix revival is released). In Canada (which also does not have HBO Max), the situation is a bit more fractured.

At the time of publication, The Matrix, The Matrix Reloaded, and The Matrix Revolutions are all available on both HBO Max and Hulu. Both services are available on all the best streaming devices. They are also the apps you need to watch "The Matrix Resurrections" online.

Hulu is the more affordable of the two, starting at $6.99, but you might want to go with HBO Max instead; HBO is streaming Matrix Resurrection exclusively (for 30 days starting December 22).

Our Neighbors to the North has a bit of an obstacle if you want to watch the entire trilogy. The first film, The Matrix, airs on Starz and is available on Crave or the Amazon Prime Video channel.

"The Matrix Reloaded" and "The Matrix Revolutions" are only available on Netflix in Canada.

Across the pond, those who want to watch the Matrix films have options: all three films are available on Sky Go, Now TV Cinema, and Virgin TV Go.
