The world's first Samsung Galaxy S22 video shows all three models from every angle

We've seen plenty of photos and renderings of the Samsung Galaxy S22, but this is the first time we've seen a video of Samsung's flagship. And this time it's for all three models, as Samsung is preparing the iPhone 13 challenger for the title of best phone.

OnLeaks, not to be outdone by the recent S22 still image leaks, has now released a video showing someone doing a little hands-on session with the three rumored S22 models.

The design of the video matches the photos, strengthening the claims of both leaks, but since the displays are still off, it is hard to say for sure whether these are real Samsung units or well-made mockups based on the rumors currently available.

The backs of the three models are identical to what we have seen so far. The basic Galaxy S22 (right) and Galaxy S22 Plus (center) both use the same "contour-cut" camera bump design as the Galaxy S21, but look flatter and the S22 bump appears to have a glossy finish instead of the matte finish of the S21.

As for what appears to be a Galaxy S22 Ultra or Galaxy S22 Note (left), it uses a completely different design, with the camera lens protruding individually from the back of the phone.

Since this is a video, the recorder of this leak can show us more details of these devices; as far as the Galaxy S22 Ultra/Note is concerned, like the Galaxy S21 Ultra, it has curved display edges on the left and right, with a center punch hole selfie camera in the center.

However, the tip of the S Pen stylus, which is rumored to be included, is visible at the bottom edge; the S21 Ultra could use a separate S Pen for handwriting and other functions, but like the disappearing Galaxy Note series, the S22 Ultra has space for a built-in stylus It is believed that the S22 Ultra will have a space for a built-in stylus. Also, when placed flat on a table, one can see the overall square corners of the phone, another design element inherited from the Galaxy Note.

Turning to the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 Plus, we see that these also follow the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 Plus. Specifically, there is a flat display, rounded corners, a punch hole camera in the center, and no sign of the S Pen. The sides are flatter (but still curved), which may affect ergonomics.

These static units/dummies can only show a fraction of what is rumored for the S22 series. Previous leaks have indicated that the S22 and S22 Plus will use a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 or Exynos 2200 processor depending on where they are purchased, that the S22 and S22 Plus will have a new 50MP camera while the S22 Ultra will have an upgraded camera sensor S22 and S22 Plus will be smaller and slimmer than the previous models.

With such comprehensive leaks, all that really remains is for Samsung to confirm or deny our predictions at the launch event. The most specific rumors suggest that February 8 will be the date of the announcement. If that's too long to wait, other rumors suggest that we should be able to check out the Galaxy S21 FE in January before that.
