The Tiktok video in question shows how you can deodorize your drain in just three simple steps. And since these materials are likely to be found in your kitchen, you don't have to spend a lot of money. I decided to give this cleaning hack a try.

1. pour half a cup of baking soda into the sink hole.

2. add half a cup of white vinegar, which causes a chemical reaction between the baking soda and vinegar. The baking soda will begin to foam and fizz. Let stand for 10-15 minutes.

3. Finally, boil water in a kettle and carefully pour it into the sink hole. Easy!

Another handy trick is to add a capful of disinfectant or, if you have a garbage disposal, chuck in a lemon and mash it for a fresh aroma. To my surprise, there is no longer any smell or odor coming from my drains!
