The Chargers (2-1) are coming off a big win against the Chiefs in which they kept an uncomfortable Patrick Mahomes throughout the game; the L.A. pass rush forced Mahomes to hurry throws and forced four turnovers. Mahomes threw two interceptions while Tyreek Hill and Clyde Edwards-Halea each lost fumbles to the Chargers defense.

Last year's offensive rookie of the year Justin Herbert is having a strong season and enters Week 4 ranked fourth in the league in passing yards. Last week against the Chiefs, he scored four touchdowns and had his first interception-free game of the season.

The Chargers are 3-point favorites to host the Raiders. The over/under is 51.5.
