WWE Extreme Rules2021 Live Stream: How to watch, start Time match cards and Results

The live stream of WWE Extreme Rules 2021 has arrived. And since we are watching the show at home we are updating the results section below.

First, two quick updates. After a brawl backstage, a new match was added to the card: the New Day (WWE Champion Big E, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods) versus Bobby Lashley, AJ Styles, and Omos. Another: Liv Morgan vs. Carmella was a pre-show match (first reported by PWInsider, before Fightful Select confirmed that report).

However, at the time of publication of this article, there is only one Extreme Rules match, which might as well be called WWE Extreme Rules. That hardcore match is one of the main events of the night, with Roman Reigns defending his Universal Championship against "The Devil" Finn Balor.

And that in itself is a strange match. It's hard to imagine Reigns almost losing the title, but it's even harder to imagine WWE bringing back "The Demon" gimmick just to lose (even though he hasn't lost in face paint since losing to Samoa Joe in June 2016).

The best-case scenario is that it would be an odd match for Balor in such a way that he could at least get some character development. For example, like a demon taking over and Finn not being able to come back. I'm not saying anything supernatural like Alexa Bliss is doing, but maybe Finn could be taken in by that aspect of himself.

Elsewhere on the card, Bianca Belair is trying to regain the Smackdown Women's Title from Becky Lynch. She lost the title at SummerSlam 2021, one of the most depressing and deflating matches we saw live (yes, we were there). Becky, now heeled, looks like she might avoid facing The Est in a full one-on-one match. Nevertheless, if that match actually happens and the two are given time, it could be the best WWE match in a long time.

Elsewhere on the card, Damien Priest defends his US Title against Sheamus and Jeff Hardy.

Charlotte defends her title against Alexa. Street Profits faced the Usos and the challengers (Dawkins and Ford) have a chance.

While Peacock is available throughout the United States and WWE Network is still the standard around the world, WWE Extreme Rules Live Stream can be a bit confusing. If you can't watch on your regular service, you might want to check out a VPN.

International viewers will be quite jealous of U.S. viewers who can save up to 50% by switching to Peacock (unless they get an ad-free tier for $9.99/month).

The best VPN is ExpressVPN. It meets the VPN needs of most users and offers excellent compatibility with most devices and impressive connection speeds.

Peacock is the only place to watch WWE Extreme Rules in the US!

You don't have to pay for the ad-free tier of WWE live events, as there are always ads on the live version of Peacock programming.

In the rest of the world, you will watch the live stream of WWE Extreme Rules on the WWE Network and pay a higher fee, closer to the $9.99 that Americans were paying.

However, don't expect this to last forever. Peacock will expand internationally in late 2021, so no matter where you live, you may end up watching WWE events without the network.

People in the US can pay less now, but with less content available and the ad breaks being weird, getting that discount is a monkey's paw situation.

Bolded is the projected winner.
