The Colts (0-2) are dealing with a recovering quarterback as well as their winless record. Carson Wentz's five years in Philadelphia were plagued by injuries. Broken ribs, torn knee ligaments, concussions, and more. His first few months in Indianapolis were much the same, but now his ailments may actually be causing him to miss time.

Wentz aggravated a broken foot during training camp and and it was feared that he would miss the season opener. To his credit, that did not happen. Wentz now has two ankle sprains and will not play Sunday; he first hurt his left ankle in the Rams' 27-24 loss and then hurt his right ankle when he was hit by Aaron Donald at 7:31 in the fourth quarter. If Wentz is unavailable, 2020 fourth-round pick Jacob Eason will start against the Titans.

The Titans are a 5-point home favorite against the Colts. The over/under is 48.
