Zack Snyder's Army of Thieves Teaser trailer and Everything we know so far

Zack Snyder's film "Phantom Thief" attempts to show that this world is not just about zombies. In fact, by the time Ludwig Dieter (Matthias Schweighofer) reaches Las Vegas, he will find that more safes have been broken into. And we are about to see even more.

And yes, there are fewer zombies this time. Things are not as widespread in "Army of Thieves" as they were in "Army of the Dead," as it takes place at the beginning of the outbreak seen in "Army of the Dead. If the film is that markedly different, the Snyders (Zack Snyder and Deborah Snyder, both producers of "Army of Thieves") are likely to expand their reach. For those who thought "Army of the Dead" was too long and laborious, this film may be more to their liking.

We just got our first look at "Army of Thieves" in a teaser trailer released at Comic-Con @ Home 2021. The video is full of fashion, masks, car chases, and, of course, safecracking. There is also a bit of mention of the outbreak in the US.

Like the audience at home, Dieter says he has "hundreds" of questions.

In a press email, Netflix announced that Zack Snyder's "Army of Thieves" will be released in the fall of 2021. Unlike "Army of the Dead," the information provided by Netflix did not mention a theatrical release, so it may be a Netflix exclusive; we have contacted Netflix and will update this article when we know more.

However, you won't have to wait too long to see it next, as Netflix Geeked's Comic-Con @ Home will feature a panel with Zach and Deborah Snyder, Matthias Schweieffer, and co-star Nathalie Emmanuel.

Most of the cast of The Bandit Army are unfamiliar faces, but you will recognize at least a couple of names. Specifically, Nathalie Emmanuel ("Game of Thrones," the movie "Wild Speed"), Matthias Schweighofer ("Army of the Dead") [Guz Khan (as Rolf) is a comedian, screenwriter, and actor.

The newly released poster for "Army of the Dead" has an "Ocean's 11" vibe. Unsurprisingly, Matthias Schweighafer is front and center on these posters.

The first poster for "Thieves Army" mentions Dieter's safecracking skills, with a wink and a nod as he manipulates the safe while listening to it.

The poster also says, "More Safes. less zombies."

However, the design of the safe makes one wonder what the overarching story of Snyder's film might be.

The above picture looks decidedly different from the chaotic edges of Army of the Dead. Army of Thieves" still looks tense, but more ...... appears to be more relatable.

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Deborah Snyder said, "What's interesting about that movie is that it's set in our world. There is a zombie pandemic going on in the United States, and banks and financial institutions are unstable. This is a heist movie, and there are very few zombies in it. It's really a romantic comedy, a heist movie.
