Dan Brown's "The Lost Symbol" will air a new episode every Thursday on Peacock, and Robert Langdon is back. However, Tom Hanks does not return for this chapter. In his place is Ashley Zukerman, who is set up as a more flirty version. This Langdon has a love interest, and all the more so.

Chapter 3 of Dan Brown's Robert Langdon novel appears in Peacock this week as a prequel, along with a severed hand. The hand belonged to Langdon's mentor, Peter Solomon (Eddie Izzard), who was apparently kidnapped and is missing.

After finding the hand in the Capitol Rotunda, Langdon is forced to search all over Washington, D.C. for Solomon. Solomon's daughter Katherine (Valorie Currie) is here to help Langdon.

And, to the surprise of no one except those who have never read a Dan Brown book, there is a global conspiracy afoot. The Lost Symbol is 10 episodes long and airs Thursdays on Peacock.
