It's Gold Time. Yes, tonight's live volleyball stream of Team USA vs. Brazil is the long-awaited final step in the U.S. side's quest for its first ever Olympic gold medal. And so far, they have done it in style.

The U.S. dominated the Dominican Republic 3-0 in the quarterfinals and then dominated the Serbian team by the same score in the semifinals. However, back in Pool B at the Tokyo Olympics, Team USA was not the untouchable team it once was. The ROC defeated them 3-0, and their 3-2 win over Italy was no easy feat.

Right now, Team USA looks strong, but could be even stronger. Top scorer Jordan Thompson is out of action with an ankle injury. She cheered from the sidelines and celebrated with her teammates on the court after victories. Setter Jordyn Poulter suffered an ankle injury in the pool match, but was able to return against Serbia.

However, Brazil has shown its own strength, closing out Korea 3-0 in the semifinals. Brazil is also the only team undefeated in all pool and knockout matches in the volleyball competition at the Tokyo Olympics. It is also ranked No. 2 in the world, compared to the U.S. No. 1.

Previously, Brazil lost in the quarterfinals in 2016, but won gold in 2008 and 2012. So, will the U.S. finally get the gold medal, or will Brazil return to the top of the podium?

This makes it easy to watch live, at least for those in the West. The live stream of Team USA vs. Brazil will air on Sunday, August 8 at 12:30 a.m. ET.

Next, find a streaming/cable login, as NBCOlympics.com, the only place to watch this match live, requires a login; NBC will be joining the match already in progress, but a replay time has not yet been announced.

Of course, Peacock's nightly coverage will likely include updates.

BBC iPlayer used to be the primary source for all Olympic coverage for people in the UK, but things have changed. [The IOC has sold its major European broadcast rights to the Discovery network. As a result, BBC coverage, while still good, is limited to no more than two live broadcasts at a time.

Americans abroad can use any service they like by logging in via a VPN such as ExpressVPN.

It is not known when the women's volleyball game between the U.S. and Brazil will be broadcast in Canada; neither TSN nor Sportsnet have Olympic coverage during that time slot.

The CBC also shares Olympic coverage, so channel surfing may be necessary if you can't find it; TLN also airs some Olympic coverage, but judging from its schedule, it will be on tape delay.
