Team Usa vs Netherlands Women's Football Live Stream: Tokyo Olympic Channel, start time and how to watch

Time is running out for the live stream of Team USA vs. the Netherlands, originating from the Yokohama International Stadium, as Megan Rapinoe looks to lead the U.S. women's soccer team past the quarterfinals. The match was a tough one to watch, as the previous match (a 0-0 draw with Australia) wasn't exactly thrilling, but it was a good one.

Then the USWNT defeated New Zealand 6-1 (with goals from Rose Lavelle, Lindsey Horan (assisted by Rapinoe), Abby Erceg, Kristen Press, Alex Morgan, and C.J. Bottet) before falling to Sweden 3-0.

But the Dutch team knows a thing or two (try eight) about scoring at these Tokyo Olympics. They beat China 8-2 in group play. So should Team USA be worried? Perhaps a little. The Netherlands not only won Group F, they are the European champions and runners-up for the 2019 World Cup.

Megan Rapinoe and Rose Lavelle both received yellow cards in the previous match against Australia, and that carried over into this match. If they receive another yellow card against the Netherlands, they will be suspended for the semifinals.

And since this match is in the knockout rounds, there are a few things to note about how the match could end. If the match goes into extra time, after 30 minutes of play, a penalty shootout will take place if necessary.

The U.S. starting lineup for this match is as follows:

Goalkeepers Jane Campbell, Adriana Franch, Alyssa Neher; defenders Abby Dahlkemper, Tierna Davidson, Crystal Dunn, Casey Krueger, Kelly O'Hara, Becky Sauerbrunn, Emily Sonnett; Midfielders: Julie Ertz, Lindsey Horan, Rose Lovell, Katharina Macario, Christy Muse, Samantha Muice; Forwards Tobin Heath, Carli Lloyd, Alex Morgan, Kristen Press, Megan Rapinoe, Lynn Williams

and for the Netherlands:

Goalkeepers: Sari van Wijnendaal, Lise Kopp, Lois Geerts; Defenders Lynn Wilms, Stephanie van der Groat, Aniek Nouwen, Merel van Dongen, Siska Folkersma, Kika van Es, Dominique Janssen, Anouk Decker; Midfielders Forwards: Shanice van de Sanden, Daniel van de Donk, Victoria Perova, Jackie Groenen, Inessa Kirkman Shanice van de Sanden, Joel Smits, Vivian Miedema, Rike Martens, Lynneth Behrenstein, Lennart Janssen

Ready, everything you need to watch Team USA vs Netherlands live stream Everything is here:

The Olympics are a global event and can be seen in almost every country on the planet. However, if you are not in your home country and cannot watch the Team USA vs Netherlands live stream on your usual service, or if you prefer to watch it in your native language, you are not out of luck.

With a virtual private network, or VPN, you can pretend that you are surfing the web from your hometown (or anywhere else not hit by power outages) and access the same streaming services that you have already paid for. VPNs are perfectly legal and inexpensive and easy to use.

I'm not sure which VPN is right for me. After testing a variety of services, the best VPN overall is ExpressVPN. It offers great speed and excellent customer service. However, there are other VPN options out there.

The VPN is incredibly easy to use.

1. Install the VPN of your choice. As we have mentioned, ExpressVPN is our favorite.

2. select the location you want to connect to with the VPN app. For example, if you are in the US and want to see UK services, select UK from the list.

3. Sit back and enjoy the action. Go to your preferred website or streaming service and tune in.

There are two ways to watch Team USA vs. the Netherlands. However, there is only one broadcast time, which is today (July 30) at 7:00 AM ET. This is a live broadcast, and there is no mention of a replay. With the exception of the men's basketball game, it is expected to be rebroadcast on Peacock, which airs most of the Olympics for free.

If you are logged into cable or streaming, you can watch the games live at NBCOlympics.com. Nevertheless, US Soccer notes that the match will be broadcast live on both NBCSN and Telemundo (not on the NBC site).

If you cut cable, you can watch NBCSN with the Sling TV Blue package. With the Sports Extra package (an additional $11/month), you can watch Olympic channels; Sling is one of the best streaming services for Olympic viewing alongside our other recommendation: Fubo TV, which includes Telemundo and NBCSN, the above networks all of which have more than 100 channels (more than Sling).

The games will definitely be available on Discovery+, a new service that has the rights to the complete coverage of the Tokyo Olympics. This year, all sports and all events will be available on Discovery+ or the Eurosport channel, whereas the BBC is limited to no more than two live events at a time.

Discovery is currently offering a three-day free trial of the service, after which a full subscription is available for £6.99 per month or £29.99 per year. Additionally, the service can be streamed on a number of devices, including Chromecast, Apple TV, Android TV, and apps for iOS and Android.

TSN1 and TSN3 may have live coverage as the Olympic block airs from midnight to 10 a.m. TLN may air the games starting at 4 p.m. today on tape delay.

CBC and Sportsnet will be airing Olympic coverage when the games are broadcast, but it is not clear anywhere what is happening in that block.

Again, Americans visiting our friends in the great white north can just use Peacock, provided they log in via a VPN such as ExpressVPN.
