Tuesday, the Bucks and Hawks added to the list of stars (including Kawhi Leonard, Joel Embiid, Anthony Davis, and Chris Paul) missing time this postseason. The Hawks won Game 4 despite Trae Young missing Game 3 with a bone bruise he suffered when he rolled his ankle on an official's foot.

Then in the third quarter of Game 4, Antetokumpo hyperextended his left knee and was unable to return. His status for Game 5 is still unknown, but there is no structural damage to Antetokumpo's left knee.

Prior to Giannis' injury, the Hawks appeared to be in control despite Young's departure. Veteran guard and leading bench scorer Lou Williams started in Young's absence. Williams scored a game-high 21 points and dished out a team-high eight assists. Bogdan Bogdanovic scored 20 points and shot 6-for-14 from three; a total of six Hawks scored in double figures.

The Bucks did not have much luck filling the void left when Antetokounmpo left the game at the 7:14 mark of the third. Milwaukee was already struggling, scoring just 16 points in the second quarter. In Game 5, all eyes will be on Chris Middleton and Jrue Holiday.

The injury bug didn't stop after Giannis. Hawks center Clint Capela took an elbow to the face in the fourth quarter Tuesday night and is doubtful to play in Game 5. Capela headed to the locker room with a towel on his face at 3:28 of the final quarter.
