Hawks vs Bucks Live Stream: How to Watch NBA Playoffs Game 1 Online

The Hawks vs. Bucks live stream is here, kicking off the Eastern Conference Finals for two teams that weren't exactly favored to make it this far. But which team will strike first? But that is up to Giannis and Trey to decide, as both begin their respective sides' push for a championship appearance in this NBA Playoffs live stream.

The Hawks and Bucks traveled very similar roads to reach the conference semifinals. Both played seven games in the previous round. Both had to win Game 7 on the road, and obviously both pulled off upsets. Third-seeded Milwaukee took on the second-seeded Nets, who had been hurt pretty badly, and fifth-seeded Atlanta defeated the number one seed in the East, the 76ers. It's the Hawks' first conference finals since 2015. The Bucks have not been on this stage since 2001, led by 25-year-old Ray Allen, so it has been a much longer wait.

Giannis Antetokounmpo has played his best basketball to get to this point. The "Greek Freak" is averaging 28.8 points and 13.6 rebounds per game, both playoff career highs. His supporting cast is also in great form, with Khris Middleton scoring 23 points per game and Jrue Holiday scoring 15 and dishing out 7.5 assists. The Bucks are trying to get past the Hawks for their first Finals appearance since 1974.

The "Atlanta" Hawks have never played in the NBA Finals. Their last championship would have to go back to the St. Louis Hawks era in 1961. Trae Young is looking to put something more up-to-date on his franchise resume, and the 22-year-old Oklahoma State product is making the most of his first trip to the playoffs, averaging 29 points and 10 assists per game. Young is backed by a total of six teammates who are averaging at least 10 points/game this postseason.

The Bucks host the Hawks in Game 1 as 7-point home favorites. The over/under is 226.5.
