The Hawks won Game 4 103-100 to even the series at two games apiece, but their shooting was way off throughout the game. Trae Young scored a game-high 25 points, but needed 26 shots to get there. Bogdan Bogdanovic needed 24 shots to score 22 points. As a team, the Hawks shot just 36%, their worst performance of the playoffs. It was also the fourth time this season they had shot below 37%. Young was able to create for his teammates when he went cold, finishing with 18 assists.

Both teams have injury concerns heading into Game 5. Trae Young is still dealing with a shoulder injury and Joel Embiid has a torn meniscus in his right knee. Embiid told reporters after Game 4 that he was unable to make a dunk shot that could have been the game-winner in Philly because of his knee injury. Instead, he missed a layup.76ers coach Doc Rivers told reporters that he was "not worried" about Embiid's health, saying, "It's not going to be like it was before.... I'll take it."

The Sixers enter Game 5 as 6-point favorites. The over/under is 224.
