Following last week's Nord CE 5G, OnePlus has announced a new member of the Nord family: the Nord N200 5G, perhaps the least expensive 5G available in the US.

OnePlus is quite proud of the N200, and on paper, the phone appears to be a marvel of engineering and marketing prowess; it remains to be seen how the N200 will perform in real-life and lab tests, but even so, the $240 price tag is Still, the specs are impressive for the $240 price tag.

Even with its fast refresh rate, large battery, and 5G connectivity, what will likely draw a lot of attention to the OnePlus Nord N200 5G is its price. While the best 5G phones are getting cheaper, it was rare to find a phone at the bottom price of the N200.

The cheapest 5G phone we've seen so far was the OnePlus N10 5G, which debuted last year for $299. it seems that OnePlus wants to lower the price hurdle and raise expectations for what a cheap 5G phone can offer.
