Is there a scene after the credits in Loki Episode 1?

Now that you've seen the credits to the Loki TV series, you may be wondering what's at the end of this tunnel. So far, Disney Plus has given you reason to hope, and reason to stick around to the end - or fast-forward - and wonder if there will be a reward.

Because while "Wander Vision" included mid- and late-credits scenes to keep us on our toes, "Falcon" and "Winter Solider" had none. But to answer the question you came here to ask: there is no post-credit scene for Loki.

Frustrating, isn't it? Since such a big mystery was raised about the fugitive variant, the least Loki could do would be to give us some actual clues. I would like to believe that Loki is not hunting everything down, but that someone is using a false space-time aura to impersonate Loki.

Also, it would have been nice to see more TVA employees who do not know the identity of Hunter B-15 or the fish in these scenes. The physical comedy that Loki and Hunter B-15 enjoyed throughout the episode lends itself very well to such shenanigans, especially when Loki takes the initiative. The post-credits scene doesn't need to tease plot details, it just needs to make you laugh. Come on, Marvel!

So we'll have to wait for next week's "Loki" episode 2 for more details. That episode will be released on Wednesday, June 16 at 3:00 a.m. ET. Yes, Disney Plus will stop releasing the show every Friday just for Loki. Since he seems perfectly content to wreak havoc in space-time, bringing that chaotic energy to the streaming service seems like the next logical step.

In the meantime, let's consider the true nature of the Timekeepers and their overall role in the series and the MCU. Are they as powerful as the Eternals, or is Loki setting up a Mandarin-like gag in "Iron Man 3"?
