If the Knicks are going to force a Game 6, Randle needs to be at his best and Derrick Rose and RJ Barrett need to maintain their offensive prowess. Like Randle, Barrett is coming off his best scoring game of the series, and Rose leads the Knicks with 22.8 points per game this postseason.

Game 5 will also be Trae Young's first game back at MSG since the incident in Game 2 when an off-court row fan spat on the Hawks guard. Unfortunately, this is just one of several fan-related incidents that have occurred in the first round of the NBA playoffs. There was a fan throwing popcorn at Russell Westbrook in Philadelphia, a fan running onto the court in Washington, and a fan being arrested for throwing a bottle at Kyrie Irving in Boston.

The Knicks return home as 1.5-point favorites in Game 5. The over/under is 208.
