Indy 500 Live Stream: How to Watch Online

It's live stream time for the Indy 500. And this year is history: for the first time since 1911, a predominantly female pit crew will man the IndyCar pit stops. [They will service Simona de Silvestro's No. 16 Paletta Autosport Chevrolet, the culmination of a six-year plan that team owner Beth Paletta told ESPN she is "trying to expand the grid."

That's not the only story at hand. Last week, (2018 Indy 500 winner) Will Power lined up on the back row of the race - even after clipping his car on the wall at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Power is with Team Penske, a team that is no stranger to having its Indy 500 live stream spot compromised. Sage Karam set the fastest time on the 23rd and is 31st on the 11th row. Charlie Kimball and RC Enerson did not qualify, especially the former, who had competed in the last 10 Indy 500s.

Power trails Mario Andretti (row 9) for the most poles in series history, 62 to Andretti's 67.

The other big story here is that the 2021 Indy 500 live stream will attract fans. And early reports indicate that those fans are not going to abide by the facemask rule. The Indianapolis Motor Speedway has assigned hundreds of "mask ambassadors" to enforce the rule.

Not sure which VPN is right for you? We tested a variety of services and chose ExpressVPN as the best VPN overall. They offer great speed and excellent customer service. However, there are other VPN options out there. Here are our top picks.

Both NBC and NBCSN are included with Fubo and Sling Blue; Sling TV is currently discounting the first month's bill to $10 ($25 off)." For "you get what you pay for," the $65/month Fubo (with a 7-day free trial) packs more channels.

Sling and Fubo are two of our picks for our best streaming services list. (Of course, you can also watch your local NBC affiliate using one of the best TV antennas.)
