Pink iPhone13 could be on the way — What we Know

Recently, a photo of what appeared to be a pink iPhone 13 concept design made the rounds on Twitter, leading many to anticipate the arrival of a new trending color.

Originally designed by AliArtist3D, a rendered image of the "Millennial Pink" iPhone 13 Pro Max was later tweeted by Peng Phones, an online phone store with over 21,000 users. The color is actually called "Rose Pink" and is used for the gadgets surrounding the smartphone in the image, including the AirPods Max, AirPods Pro, and matching iPhone case. The tweet also hints at a possible release date of December 2021.

There are also concept designs featuring rose gold, coral, and "millennial pink" color options.

Now, one must note that at this stage, nothing has been officially confirmed yet, and since Apple has not responded to rumors about its upcoming lineup, all we can do now is speculate.

Apple's intention to include a pink iPhone in its new smartphone lineup is still unclear, but given that the company recently announced a colorful iMac and added a purple iPhone 12, it would not really be a surprise. As a matter of fact, one of the new iMac color options appears to be rose gold on the front and is advertised with pink wallpaper. And let's not forget the pink AirPods Max.

It is becoming clear that the technology giant is shifting away from traditional options and looking to implement a new range of products featuring a wide range of funky colors.

The next iPhone 13 model may be released at a different time, judging from last year's lineup. iPhone 12 release schedules are similarly complicated, with the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro being released earlier than the iPhone Pro Max and Mini versions released to the public.

Now, even if a pink iPhone 13 does materialize, it is too early to say whether future Pro models will adopt the trending color, as the options for the previous generation models were different from those of the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini. Both models came in only four colors (silver, graphite, gold, and Pacific blue), while the standard and mini models had six colorful options (black, white, blue, green, product red, and purple). This suggests that if Apple were to introduce pink in the upcoming lineup, it would most likely be on the 13 and 13 mini models only.

We have already seen a choice of pinkish smartphones from Apple in the past, including the pink iPhone 5C (released in 2013), the coral iPhone XR (released in 2018), and of course the rose gold iPhone 6S (released in 2015). We've seen quite a few. Since then, pink has become even more popular in tech products. This year, Samsung also introduced new phantom pink and phantom violet options to its Galaxy S21 lineup, and a pink iPhone 13 is quite realistic if Apple wants to keep up with the competition.

Overall, a pink iPhone 13 is entirely possible, and we couldn't be more excited for it to arrive. And be sure to follow our iPhone 13 page for the latest updates, leaks and rumors, in case you want to keep yourself updated.
