Oscar 2021 Winners: How to Stream All Movies

The 2021 Academy Award winners have been determined, and as expected, "Nomadland" took the top prize for Best Picture, with Anthony Hopkins pulling a major upset over Chadwick Boseman in the Best Actor category.

The 2021 Academy Awards ceremony was quite different from previous years due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, with attendance limited to nominees and their guests, a different venue (Union Station), and mandatory testing and masks.

What did not change, however, was the celebration of outstanding films such as "Nomadland," "Minari," "Father," "Judas and the Black Priest," "Promising Young Woman," and "Soul." [because in a year when many movie theaters closed, it was these services that provided a way for film lovers to enjoy watching movies at home.

At the behest of co-producer Steven Soderbergh, the program itself became more intimate and personal. Reactions on social media were mixed, with many lamenting the lack of film clips, the sped-up "In Memoriam" section, and the absolutely wild choice to present Best Picture before Best Actress and Best Actor.

Producers obviously hoped that the previous reviews and pundits would prove them right and that Boseman would win Best Actor, but instead the absent Hopkins won, and the 2021 Academy Awards show ended up being a letdown.

Still, the 93rd Academy Awards brought many historic moments. Chloe Zhao became the second woman and the first person of color to win Best Director. Yoon Yoo-jung became the first Korean actress to win an Academy Award. Mia Neal and Jamika King also became the first black women to win in the makeup and hair styling category for "Ma Rainey's Black Bottom."

Next year's Oscars will probably return to the format that everyone knows and some love, but for this year only, unprecedented times have brought very unprecedented Oscars.

Here's everything you need to know about how to stream the 2021 Academy Awards winners online.
