In this week's episode, Fortnite Season 6 lands, Microsoft makes a new gaming headset, and sibling site TechRadar considers whether Lenovo has made a worthy challenger to the Microsoft Surface Pro 7.

In the gaming world, "Fortnite" Season 6 has arrived, bringing some major changes, as GamesRadar's Iain Wilson explains: "The most obvious change this season is the Spire (the giant tower in the center), which zero-points itself to save the island There is a foundation that has sealed itself within.

"In keeping with the Primal theme, a variety of animals now roam the island, ready to be hunted and exploited. Wolves, warthogs, chickens, frogs, and other animals will appear and drop craft items such as animal bones when killed.

Related to gaming, Microsoft's Xbox wireless headset entered the fray for the best Xbox Series X headset. Our own Marshall Honorof was quite favorable in his review of the Xbox wireless headset.

Adam Vjestica of TechRadar was equally impressed, stating: "If you're looking for a wireless headset to go with your new Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S, the Xbox Wireless Headset is a prime contender.

Brendan Phillips of GamesRadar also calls the Xbox Wireless Headset "an absolute bargain."

With the ThinkPad X12 Detachable, Lenovo has taken the Surface Pro concept and improved it with all the features associated with the ThinkPad brand, explains Phillip Tracy of Laptop: "Lenovo has Lenovo had a very clear vision with the ThinkPad X12 Detachable. It was to create a better version of the Surface Pro 7+ for business users who needed ultimate portability, and the X12 achieved this goal by delivering excellent battery life in a lightweight chassis without (much) sacrifice in performance."

Tom's Hardware has also tested the Lenovo X12 Detachable and considers it an excellent choice for a hybrid tablet/laptop device.

Michelle Ehrhardt says: "Compared to attached machines like the latest XPS 13 2-in-1 and the HP Spectre x360 convertible, the X12 Detachable outperformed those alternatives in performance and battery life.

"The touchpad isn't great, and the machine emits a light whirring noise from time to time. But if you can put up with those rough edges and want a detachable that beats the rest without too much cost, the ThinkPad X12 Detachable is a great choice."
