Falcon and Winter Soldier Episode 2 Release Date – When You Can Stream on Disney Plus

"The Falcon and the Winter Soldier" Episode 2 is less than a day away from its release date. Yes, unlike "Wanda and the Colossus," the latest Disney Plus series only aired one episode in its first week. But the episode's conclusion, which ended with the reveal of the new Captain America, certainly left us wanting more.

Instead, we have to wait for next Friday, March 26. Yes, there was a reason why the US government wanted Sam Wilson to hand over Steve's shield. Also, what happened to Flag Smasher? Another question we hope to answer next week. While you wait, check out our review of the first episode of "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier."

The leaked details of the series revealed this crucial fact, but we had heard another name: U.S. Agent. I'm not saying he is H.Y.D.R.A., but something is not right. Emily VanCamp (as Sharon Carter) and Daniel Brühl (as Baron Helmut Zero) will also reprise their MCU roles.

However, according to one of the early reviews, we are not even close to the entire cast, as someone we did not expect to be in the series. No, this is not Mephisto. Is this the "new Captain America"? We'll see.

Here's everything you need to know about when you can see "Falcon and the Winter Soldier" Episode 2, and the rest of the series, on Disney Plus.

The next episode of "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier" will be available exclusively on Disney Plus on Friday, March 26 at 3am ET.

Disney Plus is available in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mauritius, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, so access will not be difficult.

"The Falcon and the Winter Soldier" will be shorter than "Wander Vision," but only in episodes. Kevin Feige said that "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier" is six episodes and six hours long ("Wanda Vision" is nine episodes and the same length)

"The Falcon and the Winter Soldier" Episode 1: Sam Wilson as Falcon, After helping rescue military soldiers over Tunisia, he learns about a new terrorist group called the Flag Smashers. Back in the United States, Wilson turns Captain America's shield over to the Smithsonian and discusses with James Rhodes (War Machine) how he was not ready to become the new Captain America. At the end of the episode, Sam goes home and tries to piece things together with her sister and her children, but her work worries are no match for a superhero.

Meanwhile, Bucky Barnes is in therapy over his behavior as the Winter Soldier. The therapist encourages him to start living his real life, and his only friend outside of the Avengers tries to get him to date. But Bucky still carries a lot of guilt - because the person he is helping was the father of someone he killed while working for Hydra. At the end of the episode, the U.S. government debuts the "new Captain America."

Early reactions to Falcon and the Winter Soldier are positive.

Tom's Guide's review of the first episode of Falcon and the Winter Soldier explained that the charisma of Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan makes the show a hit. The show has all the Marvel action movie staples down so far, and we can't wait to see what happens next.

Uproxx's Mike Ryan said, "I watched the first episode of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. So far so good; it's hard to say after watching one episode, but I'm a big fan of Falcon so I'm glad it exists. It also has characters that convinced me, "Oh, this is what the series is all about."

Josh Horowitz of MTV News tweeted, "Just watched the first episode of #Falcon and the Winter Soldier. In the last 45 minutes, the two characters have probably grown more than in the previous 10 films. On a larger scale, the film depicts "what it's really like to be a superhero." I'm in."

Collider's Steven Weintraub said, "The first episode of #TheFalconAndWinterSoldier is action-packed, which is what you expect to see in an MCU movie. But the best parts for me were the quieter scenes where Bucky confronts his past and Falcon tries to figure out what life will be like after his overthrow. Very satisfying.

Peter Sciretta of Slashfilm tweeted, "The first episode of 'Falcon and the Winter Soldier' feels much more like a big Marvel movie than 'Wander Vision' (not that I'm knocking it). The action screen at the beginning feels like a huge MCU action sequence (not a TV fight) and the story feels like it has important MCU consequences."

Jacob Hall, also of Slashfilm, said, "If "FALCON AND WINTER SOLDIER" is content to be just a fun action romp with a juicy Marvel worldview, the first episode is certainly promising. But considering the talent behind the camera, I doubt/hope for a wild left turn."
